REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Only the official representative for Chess at your school should register teams
   
• To enter a team you need to have qualified first
   
• Your team must be a minimum of four players up to the maximum number of players you have qualified for. Please note the scores of the top four players in each team will be counted towards your team results.

• You can use this registration form to enter multiple teams if you school has qualified across more than one division.

• The close date for registrations and payment is Friday 16 September 2016.
  The fee for Nationals is $250+GST per team. Payment options are;

• You will have the opportunity to purchase discounted merchandise (Chess Sets, Clocks, Books etc) at the event. We can invoice your school for items purchased on the day.

- Years 7-8 only
- Year 1-6 students can be used in Year 7-8 teams
- Max. Team Size of 8 players
