Master Coaching Clinic with IM Vlad Larkin

We’re excited to share a fantastic free training opportunity for improving players across New Zealand! 

On Thursday 29 January 2026, from 7:00pm to 8:15pm, International Master Vlad Larkin will be hosting an online Master Coaching Clinic—completely free of charge. This session is ideal for players who are eager to take their game to the next level.

  

IM Vlad Larkin (Standard Rating 2469, Rapid Rating 2497) will guide players through essential themes including:

  • Strategic planning
  • Positional control
  • How to launch a powerful attack
  • Advanced decision-making in complex positions

The session is open to all players rated 1000+ NZCF, and will be delivered live over Zoom. It’s a rare chance to learn directly from a top international player without any cost. Players can secure their spot by booking their spot. There are limited spaces available!
